Description

More than 6+ years of experience in Insurance industry and at least 4+ years of experience in Life, Health and Annuity. Good business knowledge to understand the requirements Experience in writing Test Scenarios and test plan, test strategies documentation Executing test scripts, recording, reporting and reviewing the results Experience in Insurance products, Term, Whole Life, UL, AL, VAL, Annity, SPIA etc. Well versed with Policy constructs, Underwriting concepts and claims processes. Experience of testing New Business and Conversion testing processes Understand test requirements and write end to end test scenarios to test life insurance Policy lifecycle workflows. Identify defects, Defect analysis and RCA Experience of working with SQL for test data identification and test results analysis Exposure to test automation and Gen AI Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements Strong innovation mindset, can bring and work on new ideas. Can define strategies to bring ideas into life, Strong execution skills, able to drive things on own and deliver values to the organization Strong team player, having experience in managing teams and delivering results at his/her own or by leading the team
