Role Name: Program Manager with Oracle Financial Applications Experience: 4 to 6 years Location: Gurgaon Hybrid Band: B1/B2 Job Description: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Applications, specifically: GL, DRM, FAH, and HFM • Solid understanding of financial systems, accounting flows, and month-end close processes. • Experience delivering large, cross-functional programs involving enterprise-scale Oracle platforms. • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based architectures. • Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and vendors. • Excellent communication, documentation, and executive-level presentation skills. Program Management: Able to drive critical and high visibility programs with excellent communication skills, stakeholder management , risk management.
