Description
1. Preparation of annual premium tax returns, estimates and other miscellaneous filings for US based entities. 2. Performing a review of filings prepared by other team members for accuracy, completeness and technical proficiency. 3. E filings of returns via OPTins and making the required payment to the state authority. 4. Perform Research on the open items and resolve them in timely manner. 5. Assist team to prepare internal reports, provide support in Audits and report deficiencies to offshore team. 6. Provide support to onshore team with tax audits as they arise 7. Co-ordinate within the team for training, resolving complex issues, seeking advice etc.  8. Provide support in preparation of MBR/QBR’s.  
Responsibilities
The Lead Assistant Manager is responsible for preparing and reviewing US premium tax returns, estimates, and miscellaneous filings. They also coordinate team training, support tax audits, and assist in the preparation of management and quarterly business reports.
