Job Description Good experience in Treasury Management, payment monitoring related to claims processing, Bordeau Hands on experience in creating process performance reports. Ability to freely & decisively communicate with internal / external stakeholders. Responsible for delivering SLAs. Lead process improvements and transformation initiatives. Establish & maintain strong process controls . Experience of managing large teams. Manage all month-end activities as per the calendar and coordinate with respective onshore and offshore team members Train new team members on complicated process tasks. Identify process efficiencies and participate in process improvements / Automation initiative. Support with query resolutions to the internal, external, and statutory auditors. Qualifications Commerce Graduate
