Job Description Job Summary:This role will be involved in day-to-day accounting function, new acquisition integration, treasury accounting, monthly close activities, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliation duties.. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Accounting transition of new acquisitions• Recording all cash-related entries• Facilitates the monthly close process by preparing and reviewing journal entries for accuracy and completeness of applicable income statement and balance sheet line items• Conducts monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance• Reviews and analyzes applicable balance sheet and income statement activities, monthly for accuracy and completeness by reviewing general ledger details• Skilled in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail• Raises issues with potential solutions if discrepancies are encountered• Assists with audit deliverables and deadlines• Records and reviews relevant journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness• Completes assignments accurately and with attention to detailKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Skilled in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with internal customers and coworkers• Strong problem solving and analytical skills• Ability to function well in a team-oriented environmentMinimum Qualifications – (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure):• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required• Account Payable exposure required• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting• Working knowledge of Workday or another top-tier ERP/accounting/accounts payable platform , preferred• Multi-location company experience, preferred• Intermediate knowledge of Excel Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
