QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B tech sales, fintech, SaaS, or banking technology solutions in UAE/ GCC

  • Proven ability to manage/ support end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract signing and implementation.

  • Experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), Supply Chain Finance, CoLending, Securitisation, Collect Tech and digital lending platforms is highly desirable.

  • Experience in stakeholder management, solution consulting, and fintech implementation.

Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree/MBA in business, finance, or computer science.

  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus

  • Team player with strong ownership and action orientation!

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role combines:
✅ Business Development Support – Assisting in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships in the banking sector.
✅ Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting – Engaging clients, conducting product demonstrations, and aligning solutions with their needs.
✅ Implementation & Post-Sales Support – Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and retention of Yubi’s platform.
You will assist the Team Lead in end to end Lender Management- from documentation, to sales support to working closely with internal stakeholders- Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering and Delivery.
