Job Description Required Skills – PPT Designer OR Graphic Designer - 3 to 5 years, (Business is open to look candidate from Technical Background, Process Training Preferred) Shift Timing – Rotational Shift Mon to Fri (Work from Office) Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities • Excellent visualization ideas with knowledge of print/web platforms • Responsible for executing creative, art and execution of interactive projects • Proficiency with presentation software, infographics, interactive online content platforms • Should be able to layout PPT Slides, InDesign/word/Excel files as per the template and specifications • Ability to create new templates in PPT/Word/InDesign • Efficient enough to deliver short TAT projects • Able to handle complex Layouts • Ability to achieve expected quality output along with daily targets • To deliver training to employees following process training manuals, training plan & standards and publish relevant reports. • Drive & deliver desired performance during OJT/ Nesting/ Certification • To gauge the post training performance of agents trained during the OJT period • To conduct refreshers and floor briefings when required. • To evaluate and provide feedback to the training manager on amendments to the training material • Reporting and driving the production and accuracy for the team. • Perform the on floor training activities. Qualifications • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • 3-4 Years of experience working with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator CC, MS Office and PDF export settings• Strong communication and organizational skills. • Capable of working within a fast-paced work environment and work on multiple projects at one time. • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as follow creative direction. • Should be willing to work in 24*7 environment.
Responsibilities
The role involves executing creative projects using design software and creating templates for presentations and documents. Additionally, the lead associate is responsible for delivering process training, conducting floor briefings, and monitoring agent performance during OJT.
