The resource in his role should have strong client management skills along with team management skills. This role requires person to have strong analytical skills to ensure posting of Journals, Review of reconciliation, Role has the requirement of skill set of process improvement and transformation implementation. SAP skills and Blackline & 3 + years of Experience will be an added advantage. Qualifications B.Com/M.Com/CA-Final/Inter

Responsibilities

The resource should have strong knowledge of accounting within RTR and be well-versed in Payroll and accrual entries. The role requires strong client and team management skills, along with analytical skills for journal postings and reconciliation reviews.
