DESCRIPTION

WTW Rewards Data Intelligence Practice is a leading provider of compensation, benefits, and employment practices information to the global employer community.

Covering more than 100 countries across six continents, our data centres in North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America annually compile reports on the remuneration, benefits and employment practices of local and multinational companies. Our portfolio of products and customised services helps organizations to:

  • Develop cost-effective salary and benefit packages.
  • Stay up to date with the latest HR developments.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and customs.
  • Assess and compare the costs of employment within and across regions.

DO YOU ENJOY WORKING WITH DATA BUT ALSO LOVE BUILDING MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS WITH PEOPLE?

At WTW, we help organisations make smarter, fairer, and more competitive pay decisions. We’re looking for a Lead Associate to join our Survey & Analytics team in the Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) practice — someone ready to step up, own client relationships, and shape the future of pay insights.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to several UK-based clients — managing survey partnerships, analysing compensation trends, and delivering insights that drive real impact. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across Europe, contributing to innovative solutions in industries such as Energy, Retail, Construction, and Manufacturing.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional Organisational Skills: Proven ability to plan and manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Self-Management & Team Collaboration: Capable of working independently while proactively seeking support when needed. A reliable and collaborative team player.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong relationship-building skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • HR & Compensation Expertise: Solid understanding of compensation and benefits, along with broader HR practices and frameworks.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Data Management & Analytical Capability: Experience in handling HR systems or pay review processes, or through survey/compensation consulting. Comfortable working with data, with strong analytical and interpretation skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with databases or statistical software is a plus
At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger. We’re committed to equal employment opportunity and provide application, interview and workplace adjustments and accommodations to all applicants. If you foresee any barriers, from the application process through to joining WTW, please email candidate.helpdesk@willistowerswatson.com.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Building and growing client relationships throughout the survey cycle, driving both value and revenue growth.
  • Leading the development of our survey and analytics offering, including the UK Retail industry survey.
  • Delivering compensation consulting projects such as salary structure design, pay assessments, benefits reviews, and bespoke benchmarking.
  • Supporting job evaluation and equal pay projects with our proprietary methodology and AI-enabled technology.
  • Helping clients tap into WTW’s Data Science and AI capabilities to uncover insights on skills and workforce trends.
  • Contributing to proposals, industry thought leadership, and the growth of the wider RDI team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, data-driven environment — blending analytical expertise with consulting influence. If you’re curious, collaborative, and motivated to shape fair pay practices, we’d love to hear from you.
