The Business THIS NOTICE IS BEING POSTED IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT ALIEN LABOR CERTIFICATION.  ANY PERSON MAY COMMENT OR PROVIDE DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE BEARING ON THIS APPLICATION TO THE OFFICE LISTED Certifying Officer United States Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration Office of Foreign Labor Certification 200 Constitution Avenue, NW Room N-5311 Washington, DC 20210 The Role * Lead Associate – Systems Development with Willis Towers Watson US LLC in Arlington, VA.  * Serve as a Sitecore Developer within the Technology and Governance Group within the Corporate IT function responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of our external-facing websites built on the Sitecore CMS platform.  * Responsible for developing custom solutions and integrations and providing technical guidance to product teams/internal stakeholders.  * Design and develop .NET MVC based solutions in the Sitecore Experience Platform using HTML, CSS, Modern JavaScript Framework, jQuery, AJAX and JSON on Azure Infrastructure that complies with design and coding standards.  * Provide best-fit architectural solutions and be responsible for defining scope and sizing of work. * Responsible for designing, implementing and testing RESTful APIs and testing APIs on Postman, Azure API Gateway, or other API platforms.  * Responsible for Creation of CI/CD pipelines and deploying solution using CI/CD tools such as Teamcity or Azure DevOps.  * Set up, configure and integrate Sitecore solution with various internal and external system such as SOLR Search, Coveo Enterprise Search, Google Analytics 360, Marketo, SharePoint and CRM systems.  * Implement UI components that adhere to the principles of responsive design, web standards and cross browser compatibility.  * Develop T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers and Functions using SQL Server database.  * Implement PowerShell script to automate the tasks.  * Debug and test new software features or enhancements to existing software, creating release notes for all updates following Scrum methodology.  * Prepare detailed systems specification and technical design documentation based on business requirements received from internal clients.  * Write Unit Tests to attain high code coverage and pass code quality checks. * Troubleshoot and resolve user reported errors, performance issues, integration issues, security issues.
