Job Description Lead Associate – Quality – Chennai - DLF SEZ Shift Timing – UK Shift – 1 PM To 10 PM IST – (Mon- Fri) Work Mode - Work from office Required only B.Com / M.Com / MBA Graduates Mandatory 3 years of Experience in AP or AR (Business is open to look at candidates with 2+ years’ experience in FNA AP or AR) Current organization work experience should be minimum 12+ months Business would prefer candidates who are immediate joiners or can join within 30 to 45 Days’ Notice Period. QA Background is preferred. And not Mandatory Job Description: Good domain knowledge of Finance & Accounting. Fair understanding F&A processes PTP or OTC. Perform process quality checks as per frequency & sampling strategy. Provide feedback to associates on performance quality. CCRP process adherence, record keeping and analysis. Error trend analysis and reduction plans. Prepare process specific reports. Participate in reviews/meetings. Share inputs for Process Training. Tracking SLA CTQs related to process accuracy. ISO documentation & Compliance checks. Identify process specific improvement opportunities. Good communication flow with Ops stakeholders. Conducting Quality sessions. Contribute process improvement ideas. Qualifications B.Com /M.Com /MBA – Mandatory
Responsibilities
The Lead Associate will perform process quality checks according to frequency and sampling strategy, providing feedback to associates on performance quality and managing CCRP process adherence. Responsibilities also include error trend analysis, reduction plan creation, preparing process-specific reports, and tracking SLAs related to process accuracy.
