The candidate will have experience in business development with background in water/wastewater underground infrastructure design and construction. Responsibilities: Lead underground project planning and design Perform business development for water/wastewater underground projects pursuits in New England area Preparation of technical reports and other documents Preparation of contract documents including drawings and specifications Managing tasks and mentoring junior staff Review of contractor submittals and RFI’s Work on a variety of office and field assignments Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are followed Qualifications: BS in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering, MS preferred Professional Engineering registration in Massachusetts or ability to obtain in a year Experience in leading or managing design of underground projects Ability to manage a number of concurrent assignments and priorities and supervise junior staff on project tasks Strong analytical and technical communication skills ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
