Your future role at a glance Location: Liberty Hill, TX Facility: Liberty Hill ISD Department/Specialty: Sports Medicine Network Schedule: Full time Salary: $49,374.00 - $72,209.48 annually How you'll make an impact in this role Design Holistic Performance Programs: Engineer customized conditioning, nutrition, and injury-prevention plans tailored to individual athlete needs to ensure peak safety and physical readiness. Lead Clinical Injury Management: Expertly assess injuries and execute physician-led rehabilitation programs, maintaining rigorous medical documentation to track patient progress. Coordinate Multi-Disciplinary Care: Act as the central liaison between physicians, sports performance staff, and athletes to streamline communication and optimize recovery outcomes. Execute Strategic Competition Prep: Prepare athletes for high-stakes practice and competition by aligning treatment schedules with team regulations and performance guidelines. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Licensed Athletic Trainer credentialed from the Texas Advisory Board of Athletic Trainers obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
