As a Lead Attorney here at Solstice, you will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance and support to the organization. You will provide leadership, direction, and consultation to the business for the contract management function, driving consistent policies and processes in support of business objectives and contributing to the organization's achievement of goals and objectives while satisfying its customers. You will report directly to our General Counsel, and you’ll work out of our Dublin, Ireland location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and support business objectives. Your strong legal acumen and ability to navigate complex legal issues will be essential in driving the success of the organization.
