We are looking for a senior auditor (m, f, d) as Lead Audit Manager Tasks Lead and conduct audits of the Group supply chains relating to procurement, manufacturing, distribution and inventory management / Identify detailed potential risks within the Group supply chains and processes / Recommend improvements e.g. Increasing efficiency, reducing costs or maintaining high quality standards / Preparing focused audit reports for the Head of Internal Audit containing findings, recommendations and corrective actions / Advising line managers and creating an understanding of how to conduct audits and the associated process optimizations / Integrating advanced data analytics and AI into audit work to identify trends, weaknesses or areas for improvement within the supply chain network / Maintain close relationships with line stakeholders and expand advisory work to ensure effective and seamless collaboration across divisions / Deliver training courses on relevant regulations in manufacturing operations, including associated risk mitigation strategies / Travel approx. 15 % / Ad hoc projects. Requirements Master's or Bachelor's degree with a focus on business processes, logistics or supply chain management / CPA or CIA / Desirable further education: Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), relevant risk management ISO standards / Professional experience as an auditor in large companies in the field of materials management, supply chain management, logistics or warehouse / Knowledge of process management and business process optimization / Experience with SAP environments / Ability to work independently and in a structured manner / High motivation / Quick perception and entrepreneurial thinking / Reliability / Communication and assertiveness skills / Team-oriented / Intercultural flair / Structured and solution-oriented way of working / Very good IT user skills / Experience with data analysis tools / Fluency in German and English.
