What You'll Expect You’ll lead audit processes, improve procedures, and support operational excellence in a fast-paced casino and finance environment focused on accuracy, teamwork and compliance. What You'll Do Lead and support the daily audit operations for casino revenue streams Review and validate revenue reports to ensure accuracy and compliance Supervise and guide audit team members, including training and performance support Investigate discrepancies and work with departments to resolve issues efficiently Assist with financial reporting, audit documentation, and ad-hoc analysis for leadership Maintain compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls Recommend process improvements to increase audit efficiency and accuracy Partner with internal and external auditors as needed What You'll Bring Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities A high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities Knowledge of accounting, auditing, and financial reporting practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Previous casino, gaming, banking, or audit experience is a plus What We Require Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 3+ years of experience in casino audit, accounting, finance, or compliance preferred Previous supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of casino revenue streams, internal controls, and Title 31 regulations preferred Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license
