Aiming to build a team of 4–5 elite technicians and a dedicated 12V Audio / LED Specialist Consistent workflow from: Internal dealership inventory (20–30+ vehicles monthly) Routine service and maintenance (all makes and models) Repeat customers and strong referral base Extended Service Contracts (ESC) Our Standard We are looking for a Lead / Master Technician who can operate at a high level. Diagnostic Authority and expertise is a non-negotiable Must Have ASE Certifications are favored with automotive trade school graduation Ability to Navigate through our CRM - Shopmonkey / Partstech Willing to communicate with ESC claims and with adjusters/inspectors Provide clear diagnostic direction and solve problems efficiently, the first attempt Highly Proficient in electrical and powertrain repair and diagnosis Provide Scanners and Personal required tools (shop scanners and tools available) Help grow & develop mid-level techs Valid Illinois driver's license and clean driving record required Comfortable working on a mix of maintenance, diagnostics, and custom projects Willing to learn to work on and service Vanderhall, GM Based Product (Autocycle) This is a performance-driven environment. Responsibilities
