We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Operations & Automation (COA) team.
In this capacity, you will utilize your deep cloud and DevOps knowledge to oversee systems, streamline infrastructure, and execute the platform services roadmap through robust pipelines and coding. By working closely with architects, security engineers, operations support, and project leads, you will craft enterprise-grade solutions that maximize value and bolster our cloud capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent pertinent experience
• 5+ years of technical expertise in development, operations, or full-stack implementations
• 1+ years of relevant leadership background
• Subject matter expertise in Azure with skills in developing infrastructure as code including Terraform and ARM templates
• Proficient in Linux server administration
• Advanced understanding of networking - including VNETs, subnetting, NSGs, routing, firewalls, and DNS
• Mastery in build automation tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Terraform, and ADO
• Practice in applying security best practices for securing infrastructure and applications
• Competence in container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Acquaintance with Agile Scrum environments
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and solutioning capabilities
• Superior communication and interpersonal capabilities

• Deliver quality work within an agile service delivery model and team environment
• Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilising Terraform
• Deploy cloud infrastructure and services utilizing Azure
• Develop automation solutions using IaC, scripting languages, and DevOps tools
• Implement automation to maintain compliance with corporate policies and standards
• Produce and manage technical documentation
• Fulfill requests following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines
• Support developmental programs for cloud-native applications
• Contribute to cloud strategies and target reference architectures construction
• Effectively relay timelines, dependencies, constraints, and progress
