Description

Your responsibilitiesLead and develop a product-oriented backend engineering team
Take responsibility for core B2B platform services
Make and drive architectural decisions together with the team
Stay hands-on, write code yourself and solve complex technical challenges
Take responsibility for microservices based on the “You build it, you run it” principle
Develop secure, scalable and maintainable solutions with real business impact
Work closely with Product Management and internal stakeholders
Coordinate APIs, interfaces and architecture across multiple teams
Drive AI-assisted development and new engineering approaches within the team

Your profileExperience leading and developing engineering teams
Empowering leadership style: trust instead of micromanagement
Very good knowledge of Kotlin and Spring Boot
Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
Confident working with microservices, Kubernetes and production systems
Experience with REST APIs and event-driven architectures, ideally Kafka
Interest in AI-assisted development; experience with agentic AI practices is a plus
