• Architect, design, and develop robust multi-platform software solutions using Java 11/17, Spring Framework, and asynchronous messaging with Apache Kafka.
• Build scalable, resilient systems leveraging Microservices architecture and NoSQL databases like Cassandra.
• Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and coach junior engineers to foster technical growth and career development.
• Champion automated testing practices, writing comprehensive unit, integration, and functional tests using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, and Postman.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, and Sonar to accelerate delivery.
• Optimize application performance through proactive tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Drive Agile development processes, contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement within Scrum/Kanban teams.
