JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts with a focus on artisan bread baking. This role involves mixing and shaping a variety of organic breads, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining food safety practices. The Baker will also engage with other team members to provide excellent service and cater to special requests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years experience as a Bread Baker or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to baking and bread preparation.
  • Ability to lift 50+# and standing for the full 8 hour shift.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent customer team skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using bakery equipment, including mixers, knives and baking tools.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $23.10 - $27.82 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
