We’re seeking a charismatic & experienced Lead Barista to join our vibrant team at our fast-paced brunch restaurants. If you have advanced coffee skills, including espresso brewing, dialling in, and serving consistent, high-quality latte art, we’d love to hear from you!

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced experience in espresso preparation and dialling in
• Exceptional latte art skills (essential)
• Ability to serve consistently high-quality coffee in a busy environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Oversee daily coffee and bar service flow
• Collaborate closely with management on service, stock levels, and ordering
• Shifts are during opening hours: 09:30 - 18:30, Tuesday to Sunday
• Weekend work is mandatory, but there are no late evening shifts
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high standards
  Our Hyde Park location is a flagship site, attracting tourists from around the world, with Serpentine North right next door. We are a close-knit team with big dreams to expand across London, with plans for a third site next Spring/Summer!
