LEAD BARISTA LOCATION: LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL 34221 JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Barista to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. As the Lead Barista, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of coffee beverages, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting daily operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to company standards. * Lead, train, and motivate barista team members to deliver exceptional customer service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment. * Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. * Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista, with at least 1 year in a leadership role preferred. * Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Passion for coffee and commitment to quality. * Reliable, punctual, and a team player. * Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
