Description Lead Bartender Indianapolis, IN Join Le Meridien Indianapolis as a Lead Bartender at Spoke and Steele! If you are a passionate and experienced bartender with leadership skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Assists Restaurant Manager in ordering, receiving, stocking and maintaining par levels for bar supplies/dry goods/fruits/mixers/purees/etc. Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks for guests and the service bar. Ensures that food and beverages being served are of high quality and properly presented Assists in maintaining carbonated and beer beverage systems. Assists the Food and Beverage Supervisors in training new staff. Understands and enforces Utah and Federal laws and regulations regarding food and liquor sales. Requirements Relevant bartending training and leadership experience required. Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. Applicable state licenses and/or certificates. Ability to resolve disagreements and is respectful of peers and co-workers. Physical Requirements: · Minimum lifting of 50 pounds. · Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity. · Hearing, writing, typing. · Minimum pulling of 50 pounds. · Other duties may be assigned EOE/M/F/V/D - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
