Our mission is to create an immersive food and drink experience centered around pasture-raised, hormone-free meats, organic local produce, freshly baked goods, and a bar program highlighting locally made spirits, wines, and craft beverages.
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and creative Lead Bartender / Mixologist to spearhead our bar program, help shape our beverage identity, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as alead bartender, bar manager, or mixologist
  • Deep knowledge of local spirits, wines, and beers
  • Passion for farm-to-glass practices and sustainable sourcing
  • Strong leadership, training, and team-building skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Creative flair with a strong understanding of flavor, balance, and presentation
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and bar management best practices

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of bar service and mixology
  • Design and execute a seasonal, locally inspired cocktail menu featuring small-batch spirits, house-made ingredients, and local flavor profiles
  • Build relationships with local distilleries, breweries, and wineries
  • Ensure bar staff delivers consistent, high-quality service aligned with our mission and values
  • Train, mentor, and schedule bar team members
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies, keeping waste low and quality high
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health codes and alcohol regulations
  • Work closely with the kitchen, butcher, bakery, and market teams to integrate the bar program with the overall guest experience
