JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering is highly desirable.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Proficient in basic math for cash handling and retail calculations
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
  • Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices
  • Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations
  • Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or special events
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours
  • Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and food safety regulations
