A Balanced Life: Full-time team members are eligible for 2-weeks of PTO and holiday pay in their first year Travel is good for the soul: Experience destinations around the country with team member hotel discounts Growth: Opportunities for internal career growth and expansion Celebrate: Monthly team member gatherings, quarterly events, and the legendary Team Member Golf Tournament Be Part of the Magic: Trust us, seeing a first-time guest take in our Cascade views never gets old *Some benefits may vary based on job status Responsibilities Assist restaurant leadership in the oversight & training of lounge team: bartenders, cocktail servers, and server assistants Assist fellow servers and bartenders wherever possible Prepare all beverages served in the lounge & restaurant Maintain control of lounge area, staff, clientele, guest service, and atmosphere Maintain cleanliness of lounge area Supervise in the absence of the F&B Manager or Supervisor Perform tasks necessary for opening and closing of the facility to the satisfaction of administration and within inventory needs Comply with all Washington State labor, health and safety regulations Comply with all Suncadia policies and procedures Secure payment for served product Maintain issued bank Take tables as guests are seated in assigned section, utilizing all aspects of our service standards Set a positive, comfortable atmosphere for selling our product to the guest Monitor assigned tables for customer satisfaction, quality, and additional service Pre-bus, clearing all dishes as guests finish eating Address any guest issue promptly and with concern Complete assigned side work Side work is not optional and will be checked out by the manager-on-duty Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Complete knowledge of mixology Previous experience bartending and serving in a resort environment Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to work well with others and function well in a fast-paced environment Cashiering experience Current liquor license and food handler permits required #SuncadiaResort
