Reporting to the Director, Global Benefits & Retirement in the Total Rewards team, the Lead, Benefits and Pension Administrative plays a flexible role in providing benefits and pension administration, supporting employee questions through Workday case and supporting the delivery of advanced benefits and pension processes for various global plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of benefits and retirement administration experience and expertise in process, policies, and procedures
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, professional HR, and/or benefits CEBS/GBA) designation considered an asset
Workday Benefits Module experience
Understanding of various benefit programs, plan design, premium calculation, and underwriting process
Global premium administration and invoice payments
Experience with various audits (formal and informal)
Pension and benefits administration expertise
Effective communication with stakeholders and employees
Team leadership
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and confidence to manage external vendors
Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with programs needs
Excellent project management, planning, and organization

Responsibilities:
Partner with HR partners to provide expert guidance on various global benefits and pension administration related issues, practices or processes, always driving for efficiency
Lead and fully manage all administration management of benefits or pension programs globally
Prepares required renewal data and support, and manages annual enrollment related system rate changes and testing
Review and audit data and vendor integration errors and makes corrections (with the support of an HR technology support team)
Ensure accuracy in operation of plans and identifies and solves root problems and suggest solutions
Manage vendor relationships related to various global benefits and retirement related to administrative function
Identify administrative or process issues to solve the problems and take proactive steps to mitigate risk impacting various internal and external stakeholders
Manage and lead all global mobility related to pension and benefit programs
Manage all invoice payments
Manage and support team with complex benefits claims escalations or pension plan administrative issues
Manages one benefits and pension analyst providing support and guidance
Lead all projects related to process improvement included automation (RPA) and identify opportunities and plans from inception to implementation
