We’re looking for an experienced Lead BI (BI Architect) to lead the development and maintenance of our Data Warehouse (DWH) system from the ground up. If you’re passionate about building advanced data systems and leading a high-impact team, we would be happy to hear from you!

• Lead BI Teams and Projects: Set strategic direction for all BI initiatives, overseeing planning and execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals and measurable business impact.
• Oversee Data Warehouse and Reporting Systems: Ensure data is accurately collected, consistently processed, and effectively visualized to support data-driven decisions across the company.
• Ensure Data Quality and Governance: Develop and enforce data management policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout the organization.
• Develop BI Capabilities and Drive Adoption: Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, implement new analytical tools, and foster a data-driven culture.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data insights address real business needs and drive performance.
