We already manage 600+ homes across Wandsworth and neighbouring boroughs, and we’re adding new sites almost every week. That means you’ll be joining at a pivotal stage where your ideas, energy, and leadership will make a real impact.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We don’t expect you to be the “finished article” — but you’ll need:

• Solid block management experience (service charges, leasehold, compliance, etc.)
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues
• A commercial mindset — you see opportunities, not obstacles
• Organised, proactive, and ready to juggle multiple priorities
• A hands-on leader who wants to grow into a bigger role as we scale
• A manual driving licence to drive our pool car

You’ll be leading our small but ambitious block management team (currently two juniors) in an office based role while also taking a hands-on role in managing part of the portfolio yourself.
