We are seeking an accomplished Lead Brake Systems Engineer to drive the flawless delivery of our globally integrated brake systems. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep expertise in brake systems, program management, and leadership to guide complex projects from concept through launch, ensuring exceptional execution and delivery. You will provide critical leadership in program management, quality assurance, and cost-saving initiatives to our global brake applications teams. This will be achieved by championing process improvements, facilitating the establishment of clear, measurable (SMART) goals, and actively coaching and developing our talented brake systems engineers globally. You will apply your proven innovative mindset to continuously enhance our engineering processes, ensuring our teams deliver programs and results with exceptional efficiency, timeliness, and robustness.
