EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • BFA/BS (or equivalent experience) in brand, graphic, or communication design, or similar.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of related experience in brand design.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualizes, plans, and produces diverse range of brand design assets and identity projects that builds brand love and delivers against the brief.
  • Owns and is accountable for assigned project outcomes while adhering to deadlines, budgets, and staffing needs required to maintain quality of output.
  • Pro-actively manages up with the practice leads and leadership to clear project status of their work and correctly aligned expectations.
  • Cultivates fresh ideas (no matter who or where they come from) and nurtures a growing creative culture that inspires others to excel.
  • Persuasive communicator able to comfortably present ideas to senior-level executives, balancing brevity with core content needs.
  • Attends and contributes to internal/external work sessions, critiques, and presentations.
