Lead Brand Designer — Shape BJAK’s Visual Identity Help define a global brand. Create design that speaks with clarity, impact, and consistency. As we continue to grow across Southeast Asia, we’re seeking a Lead Brand Designer based in Malaysia (hybrid) to elevate how BJAK is seen, felt, and understood across all brand and product touchpoints. You will craft high-impact visual materials, strengthen our brand identity, and ensure every asset reflects BJAK’s ambition, speed, and quality. What You’ll Do Create engaging, high-quality brand materials that clearly reflect BJAK’s visual identity Shape and evolve BJAK’s brand system, ensuring consistency across all marketing and product surfaces Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences Design for diverse audiences—consumers, partners, and internal teams—adapting brand expression as needed Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines, ensuring strong craft and consistency across outputs Deliver fast, thoughtful design work that supports both long-term brand growth and immediate business needs Report directly to the Creative Manager, contributing creative and strategic input to overall brand direction You’ll Thrive Here If You… Have a strong sense of brand identity, storytelling, and visual systems Enjoy cross-functional collaboration and translating strategy into compelling visuals Can balance hands-on execution with broader brand direction Take ownership of your work and care deeply about quality and continuous improvement Stay curious about design trends, motion, and emerging AI tools What You Bring 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or related roles A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, consistency, and high-quality execution Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) Interest or experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows Ability to work quickly, manage iterations, and deliver under tight timelines Nice to Have Experience in performance marketing or fast-paced startup environments Basic motion graphics, sound editing, or simple VFX skills Experience working with design systems, templates, or brand libraries Why BJAK BJAK is Southeast Asia’s largest digital insurance platform, simplifying access to financial protection through technology, automation, and AI.
