We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Group HR Change team, helping us design and deliver solutions that make a real difference. This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively across the organisation, influence decision‑making and support the development of innovative HR technology and data‑driven initiatives. What you’ll be doing: Designing and facilitating workshops, interviews and discovery activities to define problems and gather user needs Deriving and translating business requirements by collaborating with multiple workstreams and partners Supporting delivery leads in producing high‑quality analysis outputs and business analysis artefacts Acting as a trusted adviser by shaping ideas, assessing feasibility and helping form business cases Managing and influencing senior stakeholders to build alignment across HR and wider business areas Shaping analysis approaches and identifying opportunities to enhance ideation and change processes Capturing and documenting Target Operating Models across processes, technology, organisation and data themes Documenting requirements and progressing backlog items with cross‑functional teams Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services, technology or HR transformation Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, including backlog definition and prioritisation Strong capability in requirement elicitation, analysis and solution design Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions at multiple levels Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity Strong communication, facilitation and collaboration skills Familiarity with HR technology, data concepts and tools such as JIRA, Confluence and MS Office A structured, detail‑oriented approach to analysis, with the ability to bring clarity to complex topics Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
