Job Description:
We’re excited to announce a new opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Analysis Manager, you’ll deliver exceptional end-to-end analysis and mentor fellow analysts within the change function. You’ll play a crucial part in supporting the Analysis Manager in achieving the strategic goals of the function, while also having the opportunity to work on transversal projects that span multiple business areas.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. Responsibilities
  • Assist the Analysis Manager with researching and identifying best practices for analysis and adoption of initiatives within the BA team.
  • Own the strategy area for the analysis team consistently demonstrating delivery of the strategy.
  • Establish a best practice standard, driving consistency and excellence across the programme, performing quality reviews where necessary.
  • Provide IT consultancy and high-level impact assessment across systems based on initial scope / business requirements to assist the business in the prioritisation and phasing of business requirements to enable successful feasibility studies.
  • Manage the performance of direct reports, driving continuous improvement and developing others by coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
  • Understand business, stakeholder analysis and engagement, as is to be analysis, process mapping, elicitation and management of requirement ensuring dependencies and impacts are identified and documentation updated.
