REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and data exchange, including technical documentation skills
  • Understanding of upper funnel marketing strategies for customer acquisition and engagement, along with data analysis skills
  • Familiarity with retail industry trends and the ability to design tailored solutions
  • Strong relationship-building skills and effective expectation management through clear communication
  • Proficient in requirement elicitation techniques and epic decomposition for backlog management and prioritization, with experience as a proxy product owner
  • Flexibility, willingness to adapt to the changing needs of clients
  • Experience working in distributed environments with onshore and offshore teams
Responsibilities
  • Digital Project Leadership: Lead and manage digital projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs
  • Agile Environment: Work within agile teams, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, and continuously improving processes
  • Distributed Environments: Effectively collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographical locations
  • Front End & AEM Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of front-end technologies and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create engaging digital experiences
  • CCV2 (Payment) Integration: Provide expert knowledge in integrating CCV2 payment solutions, ensuring secure and seamless transactions
  • API Knowledge: Utilize your strong API knowledge to facilitate system integrations, data exchange, and enhance functionality
  • Upper Funnel Experience: Apply your understanding of upper funnel marketing activities to improve customer acquisition strategies and drive engagement is an asset
  • Retail Industry Insights: Bring your exposure to retail industries to the table, helping shape solutions that meet the unique needs of retail businesses
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their requirements are captured accurately
  • Communication & Elicitation: Excel in communication and elicitation skills, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements
