LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST - INSIDER THREAT PROGRAM:

On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Lead Business Analyst - Insider Threat Program.

LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST - INSIDER THREAT PROGRAM - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project focuses on the design and implementation of an Insider Threat User Entity and Behavioral Analytics platform. This initiative is part of a multi-year strategy to enhance insider threat management capabilities.

LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST - INSIDER THREAT PROGRAM - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Cyber or Information security – 2+ years
  • Experience as a BA leading IT projects and/or initiatives – 10+ years
  • Experience as a BA in large-scale programs (north of $100 mil) – 10+ years
  • Advanced communication skills, including facilitation, presentation, and negotiation
  • Requirements elicitation – 10+ years
  • Requirements Management Life Cycle (RMLC), System Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC), Business Requirements, Business Process Management (BPM) and/or Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) methodologies – 10+ years

LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST - INSIDER THREAT PROGRAM – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Banking experience
  • UEBA platform
  • BSA experience
  • Agile and/or Waterfall methodology
  • Insider risk/threat management experience
Responsibilities
  • Ensure traceability of requirements to the business solution and benefits realization throughout the project
  • Define and manage project requirements efforts, including developing requirements phase costs and timelines
  • Support the RFI or RFP process with vendors for tool selection on the program
  • Work with the Agile coach to develop progress reporting/metrics in JIRA
  • Indirectly lead, guide, and coach a team of business analysts to standardize requirements approaches
  • Provide leadership in defining business needs, benefits, or problem/opportunity statements
  • Collaborate with technology partners to support system requirements and design
