Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong exposure to Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) workflow automation platforms, preferably n8n, to support enterprise-wide automation and AI-led transformation initiatives within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, driving requirement discovery, solution design, and value realization. A strong inclination toward AI-assisted productivity tools, modern delivery practices, and large-scale workflow orchestration is essential. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management Engage with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes, pain points, and automation opportunities Conduct discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and design-thinking workshops with business and IT teams Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for requirement clarifications across the delivery lifecycle Ensure alignment between business goals, automation outcomes, and regulatory constraints LCNC / Workflow Automation Analyze, design, and document workflows using LCNC platforms, with a strong preference for n8n Experience with additional platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, Appian is a plus Define end-to-end process orchestration, system integrations, exception handling, retry mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop steps Collaborate closely with developers, solution architects, and platform teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions Support UAT, business validation, production go-live, and post-deployment optimization AI & Productivity Enablement Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, and AI-driven documentation/analysis tools to: Accelerate requirement gathering and documentation Improve process analysis and solution design quality Enhance personal and team productivity Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities or AI agents within workflows for: Decision-making Classification and routing Data enrichment and automation Documentation & Governance Create and maintain high-quality delivery artifacts, including: Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) User stories and acceptance criteria Process flows, wireframes, and solution diagrams Automation value realization and benefit assessment documents Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, security, compliance, and banking regulatory standards Support audit and compliance reviews where required Required Skills & Experience Core Experience 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Banking or Financial Services Strong hands-on experience with workflow automation and LCNC platforms, preferably n8n Proven experience working in enterprise automation or digital transformation programs Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and API-driven architectures Technical & Functional Skills Strong knowledge of: Requirement elicitation techniques Process modeling (BPMN preferred) Agile / Scrum and/or hybrid delivery models Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (developers, architects, QA) Exposure to AI-driven automation, intelligent workflows, or decision automation is highly desirable
