• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Insurance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Life Insurance or Claims Management.
• Strong experience in Life/Asia platform OR life insurance products.
• Familiarity with claims processes including death claims, rider claims, critical illness, maturity, and surrender.
• Experience in writing BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and process flows.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and data privacy standards is an advantage.
