As the project manager and lead business analyst on a multi-year initiative to build out a new platform to manage employee compensation, you will:

• Manage the project communication plan, deliverables, issues, and inter-team dependencies
• Partner closely with the PMRA team within Finance to understand requirements and translate them into detailed functional design
• Work closely with the Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to ensure business needs are met
• Perform testing and analysis related to project deliverables
• Gather and document user requirements and translate to technical designs and wireframes
