About the position
The Lead Business Analyst will manage and steer the team of Business Analysts by working closely with business and technical stakeholders in defining scope and requirements, identifying business processes, and designing functional aspects of solutions in alignment with business needs.
In the role you will be required to understand the pipeline of work, prioritise, and allocate the work to the appropriate team members. Taking on a proactive role in helping to understand the projects from inception and facilitation in creation of correct artefacts across its lifecycle.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the BA Practice and play an active role in promoting and sharing knowledge and skills amongst the team. The role is proficient in use of both agile and waterfall methodologies and promoting the use of right methodology for the project.
