Job Description Role: Lead Business analyst Location: Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid Type: Contract Job Description We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in test script creation, system testing, and quality assurance practices. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that systems are designed, implemented, and validated to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering, oversee system design validation, and ensure testing processes are robust and efficient. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead role. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT). Hands-on experience with test script creation and execution. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
