Required Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant who will support requirements for data environment changes to enable Community Reinvestment Act Reform reporting. This entails documenting data lineage from source systems to the CRA data environment, as well as creating and maintaining a CRA data dictionary which will support reporting and analytics.
This role will also provide consulting on data strategies in partnership with enterprise technology and data functions and will organize similar work executed by temporary resources to ensure that business needs and deadlines are met.
Additionally, this candidate will act as the CRA data steward, ensuring that data quality controls and monitoring are implemented and maintained. These activities are critical to ensuring the efficiency, accuracy and traceability of data utilized in CRA reporting to senior leaders and regulators and to achieving compliance with enterprise policies (e.g., RCSA, DMI).

In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group’s functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
