Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Strategic Execution team within the Global Operations Strategic Solutions organization.
The Strategic Execution team addresses pressing challenges facing Global Operations. Our team specializes in complex problems that have wide-ranging impact across the operations space. Offering a stabilizing influence, we provide the central direction and framework to drive momentum across a broad set of stakeholders. We prioritize the needs for our Global Operations leaders, resulting in a diverse set of high priority initiatives (aka “Programs").

In this role, you will:

  • Provide strategic consulting services and thought leadership utilizing comprehensive, in-depth knowledge, expertise, and emerging industry trends.
  • Partner with senior management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy and create/execute corresponding business plans and initiatives.
  • Execute on strategic initiatives and programs.
  • Make decisions in complex situations that influence and lead the broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely and distill complex data and concepts into succinct messaging and presentations.
  • Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.
