Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Optimize existing BI tools and databases for enhanced performance. Establish data governance frameworks to maintain data integrity. Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on best practices. Drive innovation in data modeling and ETL processes. Requirements Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics. At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse development. Proficiency in German at C1 level. Advanced expertise in dimensional modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) and ETL design. Experience with enterprise BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) and SQL optimization.
