Lead Buyer Join us and help us shape the future of procurement! We are looking for a Lead Buyer to strengthen our Procurement team, focusing on MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations). This is a strategic role where you will manage large-scale tenders, implement category strategies, and deliver value across our international operations. About the Role As a Lead Buyer, you will monitor and coordinate procurement procedures, lead tender processes for high-value projects, and ensure compliance with financial, legal, and HSSE standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to achieve optimal results and contribute to continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities Performance Management: Prepare sourcing activity reports, achieve KPIs and savings targets, and proactively address issues. Plan-to-Strategy: Monitor market trends, innovations, and technology developments; implement category strategies; contribute to annual procurement planning. Source-to-Contract: Conduct competitive tendering, prepare documentation, facilitate evaluation committees, negotiate contracts, and manage sign-off and implementation. Operational Procurement: Support delivery monitoring, resolve complaints, and manage complex claims. Supplier Relationship Management: Identify and onboard potential suppliers, ensure pre-qualification, and contribute to supplier evaluation. What We Are Looking For Education: University degree (MA/MSc) or College degree (BA/BSc) in Economics, Engineering, or Law. Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement, supply chain management, or category management. Preferred: Background in manufacturing or SSC operations. Skills: Strong negotiation and analytical skills, business acumen, proactivity, and excellent communication. Languages: English (C1 level); local language is an advantage. IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, eProcurement, and ERP systems. Other: B category driving license. Why MOL Group?
