This isn't just about hanging boxes; it’s about precision, problem-solving, and professional leadership. You will be responsible for executing high-end kitchen transformations—including refacing, custom modifications, and full installs—across Brooklyn and Manhattan. What You’ll Do Technical Leadership: Lead the installation of custom cabinetry, integrated panels, crown molding, and complex trim work with 1/32" precision. On-Site Problem Solving: Troubleshooting structural surprises in NYC homes and making field adjustments that maintain the integrity of the design. Team Development: Manage and mentor installer/helpers. You ensure the "Kitchen Tune-Up" standard is met by everyone on your site. Client Interface: Act as the primary point of contact on-site with a calm, professional, and confident demeanor. Requirements Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Driver’s License: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record. * Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel between various job sites in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Proven Craftsmanship: 5+ years of experience in high-end finish carpentry or cabinet installation. Communication: Must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with clients and the management team. Tools: Must own basic carpentry hand and power tools (specialty tools provided).
