Maintaining staff schedules Ensure the safety, well-being and personal growth of campers. Coordinating multiple camps at various sites Be an active and supportive member of the summer camp team Demonstrate positive, professional role modeling at all times, acting in a manner that is consistent with the staff code of conduct and the philosophy, and goals for campers and co-counselors. Communicating with parents of campers in person and on phone. Transportation for self and camp supplies. Work camps in Sherwood, Tigard, West Linn and Wilsonville. Available to work program hours for shifts between 8:00 am -5:00 pm Requirements What do you need to qualify? Must pass YMCA background check Possess (or obtain during training) a current CPR/AED & First Aid Certification 18 years or older Preferred Qualifications Experience managing teams of staff Experience working with youth
