• Strong leadership and team coaching experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid time management and organizational habits
• Ability to problem-solve on the fly and influence others
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps, GPS tracking, and G-Suite tools

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proof of current auto insurance
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to provide three strong professional references

• Knock on doors to generate quality leads and meet daily outreach goals.
• Lead and motivate a team of canvassers to meet performance targets.
• Train new hires on scripts, routes, booking techniques, and outreach best practices.
• Use company tools like MycaTrack and Google Suite to track and report performance.
• Collaborate with company staff on route planning and script improvements.
• Ensure your team maintains professionalism and follows brand standards.
• Attend company meetings and skill-building events as required.
