Specializing in both Ford and Hyundai vehicles, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and top-quality cars. As our Car Biller, you will play a key role in managing the administrative and clerical aspects of vehicle billing, as well as posting to accounting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in car billing and dealership operations. Car Biller Job Responsibilities Verify vehicle sale costs, including reconditioning and equipment add-ons. Post manual journal entries. Reconcile select accounts and schedules monthly, ensuring accuracy prior to month-end. Prepare and complete end-of-month accounting reports as needed. Process paperwork from the F&I department. Prepare payoff checks or online payoffs for trade-ins. Reconcile holdback statements and other related documents. Perform additional duties as needed to support the accounting team and sales department. Balance commissions summaries for the sales team. Track CIT and Missing Documents Log and communicate issues with the F&I team. Assist Business Manager with Month-End reports and closing.
